Service Overview

CNA Wake County, Cary,Apex,Raleigh, surrounding area's health/wellness services and I have been vaccinated with the Johnson&Johnson vaccine and the Moderna and Pfizer booster please see attached record I am a North Carolina State Certified Nurse Assistant. I provide care as a live in care provider or day to day assistance. I assist with ADL(Activities of Paily Living), transferring client safely, bathing and grooming client I also provide blood pressure check, g-tube feeding, med reminders, light housekeeping cooking meals, reliable transportation to doctors appoitments or going out into the community. I am very patient and compassionate to clients needs and requests to help maintain their dignity and pride.
