Then we will conduct 100% mediation with the delegated lending source throughout the process. We will execute necessary documentation

• and communication with the lender from the beginning to the end of the transaction. We have been doing this for over 9 years and we believe in being honest and transparent in every aspect of our dealings with our clients.

What's Not Included

• We do not provide guarantees to any client that they will actually in fact be funded as it is against the law to do so. Once we connect with a lending source and provide all the necessary documentation and information that is required it is entirely up to the lending source to actually in fact approve and issue funding. We are a consultant service not the direct lender.
