Service Overview

Is your roofs skylight leaking? Causing nothing but mold, mildew, stains and ceiling deteriation? Schedule us for a skylight removal service to eliminate the potential for leaks from a pesky skylight ever again!

What's Included

• Our skylight removal service offers the labor and tools necessary to remove that old leaking and ugly skylight altogether. We start by removing the existing shingles and flashing surrounding your existing skylight.. Then we move to removing the skylight altogether. We will then cut and apply actual 15/32" plywood and install in its place. ( we don't use cheap osb ) The new plywood will be installed using proper 8d ring Shank nails driven into your home's structural trusses properly securing the plywood in place. Next steps are to cover the plywood with a synthetic felt or ice & Water shield barrier depending on the location. That single ply membrane will be fastened with button cap nails. And last color matching 3-tab/architectural shingles will be installed in the old skylights location offering a new watertight roof system where your pesky skylight used to be. From the outside you'll never know a skylight used to be in its original location as the roof will now all flow together!

What's Not Included

• - Service does not include any structural work.
• - Service only includes up to 2 sheets of plywood
• - Service does not include any interior ceiling or drywall work.
• - Customer will be responsible for any interior work below the roof line as there may be sheet rock installation and paint work necessary.
