I offer one-on-one tutoring in all math through Calculus, chemistry, physics, biology, and writing. I also specialize in SAT and ACT preparation. A summa cum laude graduate from Harvard, and voted Marin County's Best Tutor for 2022 by readers of The Pacific Sun, I have over 30 years of experience in education, and have helped hundreds of students boost their grades, SAT/ACT scores, and perhaps most importantly their confidence in themselves. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area in California and teach by Zoom or other video platform worldwide. My teaching career began as an undergraduate at Harvard, where I served as a course assistant in Calculus. Since then I’ve been teaching and tutoring for more than 30 years, as well as working with numerous educational companies to develop educational content, including standardized test preparation and instructional videos. I also have a parallel career as a professional writer of screenplays, essays, and poetry, and I tutor writing from organizational help, to sentence structure/style, to grammar.
