Service Overview

I worked for Ramon Ontiveros at Floor Ko LLC (441 Huerta Street, El Paso, TX) from 2021–2024. During that time, I documented repeated cases where customers were deliberately overcharged. Clients were often billed inflated prices, charged for services advertised as free, or offered improper “tax exemptions” in exchange for cash payments. These practices appeared to be systematic and were recorded in work records I personally created at the time. I later witnessed attempts to alter or erase those records. After I refused to participate further, I experienced retaliation, including withheld wages, legal threats, and intimidation intended to pressure me to give up the records. Reports regarding these practices have been submitted to authorities. I am sharing this information so past clients can review their transactions and understand what may have occurred.
